There is no doubt that digital communication is now an essential part of the daily operations of every kind of institution. This presents an unprecedenteortunity d oppto share the missions, activities and events of your museum to a wider audience. But how can your message stand out among the sheer amount of content posted every second? How can you amplify it with limited resources? Based on the recently published ICOM Social Media Guidelines for Committees, this interactive and practical workshop aims at providing you with the tools needed to effectively manage communication campaigns and create compelling content. After a more theoretical introduction, you will work in teams and design a full campaign proposal: from the strategy to the draft tweets!
